A SERIAL phone pest has again been convicted.
Anthony James Walters, 57, of St Johns Road, Winchester, admitted phoning the police without good reason, in breach of a criminal behaviour order made in April 2019.
Walters phoned the police on April 7, May 15, June 9, June 10, July 3 and July 13, Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard.
He was fined £100 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. For a breach of a suspended sentence he was fined £50.
Walters was twice jailed for similar offences in 2019.
