A WOMAN woman charged with drink driving more than three times the limit has died, a court was told.
Rebecca Whitlock-Neill was charged with drink driving after being stopped driving a Vauxhall Astra on Station Road, Park Gate, magistrates sitting in Portsmouth were told.
The 49-year-old whose address was given as of Lovell Close, South Wonston, was accused of being more than three times the drink driving limit with a breath reading of 119mgs.
The legal limit is just 35mgs.
However, according to Portsmouth Magistrates Court documents, the offence which happened on February 14 has been withdrawn with the defendant listed as deceased. No further details were available.
