Bishop's Waltham sex offender fined for not telling police he had moved
A BISHOP'S Waltham man has been fined for failing to comply with the Sexual Offences Act.
Russell Eric Smith, 30, of Folly Field, admitted the breach by not telling the authorities of a change of address within three days or getting a new bank card within seven days, which happened on December 18, magistrates in Basingstoke heard.
Smith admitted the charge and was fined £166 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
