TRIBUTES have been paid to a “loved” teenager who died in a crash near Eastleigh.
Bayley Bligdon, who went to Sparsholt College, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on Allbrook Way involving a blue Ford Fiesta and a blue Subaru Impreza.
Now, tributes have flooded in for the 18-year-old from Eastleigh, who regularly attended South Sitting car shows in Southampton and Guildford.
Vicky Gaden studied on an equestrian course with Bayley before he went on to study sport in an extra college year.
She said: “Rest in peace Bayley. He was a good friend of mine. Thank you for the memories and laughs that we shared, keep revving your engine up there angel.”
Lauren Brown, who spent time with him at car shows, said: “Bayley was a kind, loving young man. He had a big heart which he gave to anyone around him.
“In his presence you’d have nothing but smiles and laughter. He was just so chatty and cheerful, spoke to anyone and loved his cars. He will be missed dearly by many. Sleep tight Big B, see you again. Rest in peace.”
Another friend, Brooke Hamerton, said: “Bayley was a lovely boy who was loved by so many, every night out we had was a laugh, and it’ll never be the same without his presence there.
“All his friends, especially his boys, are going to miss him so much. Fly high sweetheart, we will all miss you.”
Another said: “Just so gutted. He was a wonderful guy,” while one friend said: “One of the nicest guys. He will be truly missed.”
One friend said: “I’ll miss our nights out buddy, next one’s for you.”
Another said: “Will miss your presence and our laughs, will raise a drink for you.”
