A WINCHESTER man has been ordered to get treatment for drug addiction after he admitted threatening behaviour and resisting a policeman.
Andrew Joseph Pepper, 42, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, pleaded guilty to the charge against PCSO Bernadetta Faid in Winchester on March 10, a similar charge against Jean-Phillip De-Frechou on July 20, and resisting PC Aiden Blackwell on the same day and failing to surrender at magistrates court on July 21.
Magistrates at Basingstoke imposed a six-month community order for treatment at the Society of St James in Basingstoke.
There was also a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to ten days.
Pepper was also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £20 costs.
