Penningtons Solicitors LLP is delighted to announce that Justine Spencer will be joining the firm's clinical negligence team in August.

Justine, who will be based in Penningtons' Basingstoke office, has extensive experience of representing both claimants and defendants in the clinical negligence field. As well as practising general clinical negligence, Justine specialises in dealing with cerebral palsy cases and she has handled and settled a number of high value, complex claims.

Justine, who joins Penningtons after four years with Moore Blatch in Southampton, is a member of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Panel.

Penningtons is accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and its clinical negligence and personal injury team includes members of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and Clinical Negligence Panels as well as AvMA, the Spinal Injuries Association and Headway.
