BEATS across the globe will be played at a world music festival in Winchester.
The World Music Festival will take place on May 8 and will feature a variety of rhythms from all corners of the world.
The event hosted by Hampshire County Council's Music Service will have ears ringing with the sounds of Brazilian Samba to the martial arts style drumming of the Japanese Taiko.
There will also be an Indian Tabla drum workshop.
It will take place at Kings' School in Romsey Road from 9.30am to 3.30pm, tickets cost £7.50 for the full day and £5 for a half-day, or £2 for access for the performances only.
