Barton Farm meeting cancelled due to lack of progress
THIS month's Barton Farm Forum has been cancelled due to a lack of issues to discuss.
The 2,000-home development is being held up by land price dispute between Winchester College and developer Cala Homes.
Winchester City Council's regular meeting to update residents was due to take place on December 16.
The next forum is scheduled for February 24.
