DETAILED proposals for a new housing estate on the edge of Winchester have been submitted to the city council.
Planners will now examine the finer details of the 200-home Pitt Manor development, which also includes a 200-space park-and-ride scheme.
Developers Turley Associates and Orchard Homes were granted outline planning permission in 2012 after an appeal to the planning inspector.
Residents have been contacted about the plans and have until November 19 to make comments either by email to planning@winchester.gov.uk or by post to City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ.
Alternatively, ring 01962 848177 to arrange a time to view the plans in the customer services centre in Colebrook Street.
