Andy Hargroves, winner of the 2013 Winchester Criterium, will open the Winchester South Park and Ride Cycle Track on November 17
THE winner of this year’s Winchester Criterium is to officially open the Winchester South Park and Ride Cycle Track later this month.
On November 17, Andy Hargroves, who represented Great Britain at the European Cyclocross Championships in 2011 and 2012, will mark the ceremony by cutting a ribbon along with the deputy leader for the city council, Cllr Rob Humby.
There will be a number of juniors racing in the Go Ride event from 10.30am and VC Venta cyclists will be offering a half hour ride at 10.30am.
