A NEW pop-up shop opened in Winchester, earlier this week, as part of a new collaborative project.
The Pitfield Café opened in The Brooks on Monday (October 14), selling fresh soups, salads and soft furnishings, as part of a collaboration between the Chesil Rectory and Pitfield London.
One of the owners of the 500-year-old Chesil Rectory, Mark Dodd, said: “We’re delighted that our long-held ambition to create an exciting showcase for the best that the lifestyle store Pitfield has to offer has borne fruit.
“It’s going to offer local shoppers a great opportunity to get some Christmas shopping done early and then relax with a treat from their range of speciality teas, delicious soups, salads and cakes.”
Pitfield London is owned by Shaun Clarkson, an interior designer who has featured in Channel 4’s Four Rooms.
