Man in court on cultivating cannabis charge at Winchester house
AN alleged cannabis grower has appeared in court charged with growing the drug at a house in Winchester.
Tuan Viet Tran, of Romsey Road, is accused of cultivating a large quantity of the class b drug at Pitt Hill Cottage on August 1.
His age was not given at the hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates Court but it heard he is over 18 years of age.
Magistrates remanded Tran in custody.
