Littleton Preschool children take part in races for a sports day
THE rain may have forced things indoors but it didn’t dampen the fun at a pre-school sports day on Saturday.
Some 25 children by the Littleton Preschool scampered around inside Sparsholt Memorial Hall near Winchester when the weather got too wet outside.
The event raised around £400 for the pre-school which takes children from the villages of Crawley, Littleton and Sparsholt.
Committee member Mariette miller said: “Everyone had a lot of fun. The kids had a wonderful time. There were lots of smiles all round. It was a good social gathering and a good fundraiser.”
