WET weather failed to deter competitors in Copythorne Carnival Week’s fun run.
Around 180 people took part in Wednesday evening’s 5k and10k fun in the village.
Roy Farmers, from the carnival committee, said: “It was raining all the time during the run. It was really miserable weather, but about 180 still took part in the fun run. We normally get about 300 people.”
