Man assaults four police officers in Winchester pub
A MAN has been charged with four offences of assaulting a police officer at a Winchester pub.
Thomas Pigford, 22-years-old, from Middle Road in Southampton, was also charged with two offences of actual bodily harm.
Police say he was one of a group of men drinking at Alfies on the High Street at around 11.45pm on Saturday (June 8).
Pigford has been bailed to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on June 25.
A 20-year-old man from Southampton was given a caution for assault on a police officer.
