Woman cut free from wreckage after two cars collide in Winchester
A WOMAN had to be cut free from the wreckage after two vehicles collided in Winchester.
On Sunday (June 9) at 8pm, firefighters attended an incident at the junction of Watley Lane and Stockbridge Road in Sparsholt.
An ambulance arrived and treated four people for minor injuries.
One woman was trapped in her car and had to be cut free, later being taken to hospital in the ambulance.
A police spokesman said one lane of Stockbridge Road was blocked for a short time to allow for recovery of the vehicles, both of which were Peugeot 206s.
