THE public have the chance to hear more about how superbugs are being fought at Winchester’s main hospital.

Dr Matthew Dryden, consultant microbiologist at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital, will give a presentation on the work tackling the problem.

The RHCH has a good record of infection control.

The public meeting will be in the education centre at the RHCH on Tuesday June 25 starting at 6.30pm.

It will also update the public on plans for a Critical Treatment Centre and Cancer Treatment Centre on as yet unspecified site to the north of Winchester.

Free parking will be available on level two of the main car park.
