WINCHESTER MP Steve Brine has called for local businesses to enter a Conservative Party competition.
He urged Winchester and Chandler’s Ford companies to sign up to the Tory Start-up Hub scheme, where businesses can win the chance to show their work at the Conservative Party Conference in Manchester in September.
It is the third year of the competition and 12 businesses will win the prize.
Mr Brine said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for entrepreneurs across Winchester & Chandler’s Ford and I would encourage anyone with a brilliant new idea to enter for a chance to show off their work to thousands of delegates, the nation’s media and business leaders from across the country.”
Ideas must be submitted before June 28 via conservatives.com/startuphub. Winners are chosen by a panel of experts including leading businessmen and MPs.
