FORMER Alresford dentist Jonathan Drummond has been kept on ‘probation’ for another 12 months by his professional body.
Mr Drummond, formerly of Battery Hill, Stanmore, worked at the Berukin Dental Practice in Alresford. Following several complaints he was investigated and criticised by the General Dental Council’s professional conduct committee for work it branded “deplorable”.
Mr Drummond, now living in Scotland has been unable to find a job, the committee heard.
It decided to continue to impose conditions on his practice for a further 12 months to improve the standard of his work.
The next review by the GDC will be in April 2014.
