SIX people arrested on suspicion of affray following an incident at Wickham Horse Fair have been bailed.
The six men, all from Southampton, have been released on bail until next week pending further enquiries.
A 51-year-old woman from Southampton has also been arrested and remains in police custody.
Detective Constable Chris Phillips said: "We are continuing with our enquiries into this public order incident which involved high-powered catapults. I would again like to reassure the community that no firearms were used. If anyone has any information about this incident, please contact us."
Chief Inspector Andy Houghton said: "We worked closely with Hampshire County Council, Winchester City Council, Wickham Parish Council and other agencies on the planning for this year’s event, which is steeped in history for Wickham.
"We had officers in high visibility uniform available throughout the day to respond to any issues that arose.
"This was an isolated incident involving people known to each other and I am pleased that our officers helped to maintain a safe environment for visitors and residents to enjoy the day."
Anyone with any information should contact Winchester CID on 101 or the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
