Winchester hotel to host commemorative coronation soiree
AN EVENING to celebrate the coronation of the queen in Hampshire is on Friday June 7 in aid of charity.
The Holiday Inn in Winchester is hosting the Coronation Soiree to raise funds for the Mayor of Winchester's chosen charities for his mayoral year - Hounds for Heroes, Countess Mountbatten Hospice Winchester District Scouts and a community chest for Alresford charities.
The evening, which begins at 7.30pm, includes a three-course meal with wine and dancing.
