A WINCHESTER charity has appointed two new trustees.
Mo Flynn and Gill Longman have joined family support charity Home-Start Winchester and Districts.
Ms Flynn brings years of experience to the finance and admin team, having worked in financial services, including 14 years at London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE).
Meanwhile Mrs Longman is a former journalist and head of communications at King Alfred’s College, and has been a volunteer at the charity since 2011.
She said: “In the two years since I became a volunteer I have seen at first hand the value of Home-Start's role working with parents to give their children better opportunities.”
Chairman Liz Cooper added: “We are delighted to welcome two such capable and talented trustees to the team and I know they will make a huge contribution to our work supporting families in and around Winchester.”
