TWO Winchester supermarkets are inviting customers to vote on their new charity partner.
Sainsbury’s Middle Brook Street and Badger Farm stores are hunting for a new cause for their annual scheme.
Over the past two years the shops have raised £3,000 for Winchester Young Carers and £2,000 for the Magic Wand Appeal.
Customers can nominate a charity online or in store until May 15 and the winner will be announced in June.
Middle Brook Street store manager Stuart Purdy said: “Our work with previous local charity partners over the years has been really successful in letting our customers have their say. We hope our customers can take the time to vote in the coming weeks and give a local charity that’s close to their hearts the chance for us to support them.”
To nominate a charity email local.charity@sainsburys.co.uk or visit sainsburys.co.uk/localcharity.
