CAPTAIN MATTHEWS RN. Rt Michael John Sadly, passed away peacefully after a decline in health at Linden House Care Home, Lymington on Sunday 19th May 2024, aged 83 years. A loving husband to Delphine, brother to Anne, twin brother to Sal, father to Nicolette and Mark and grandfather to Henry and Iyla. Mike will be sorely missed by all he has left behind. A well known resident of Brockenhurst, Winchester and further afield throughout the UK. A Service of Thanksgiving will take place at St Saviour's Church, Wilverley Road, Brockenhurst, SO42 7SP, on Tuesday 2nd July at 2pm. All welcome Donations in memory of Mike will benefit The Royal British Legion (Brockenhurst) and Emmaus Hampshire (Winchester), cheques payable to the charity can be sent care of the funeral directors.
