HINXMAN David Charles With great sadness it is announced that Dave died peacefully at home on 24th July, 2023, aged 75. Husband of Janet, Father to Paul and Mark and Grandfather to Isabel and Jack. Dave spent his whole career at Hampshire County Council and was an active member of the Hampshire cricket and football communities for many years. He also had a great enthusiasm for steam trains.
