TIPPETT Brian Frank Sadly passed away peacefully on 11th June 2023, aged 85 years. A greatly loved and loving husband, father and grandfather, who will be greatly missed by his family and by all who knew and loved him. A Service for Brian will be held at Chesil House, 4 Chesil Street, Winchester SO23 0HU on Tuesday 18th July at 2.30 pm. Family flowers only please.
