CLEMINSON Patricia June "Pat" Passed away peacefully on 17th May 2023. Beloved mother to Richard and Tim, their partners Sarah and Sue, grandchildren Izzy and Tom and sister Margaret. A Farewell Service of Remembrance will be held at St. Mark's Church, Oliver's Battery on Wednesday 7th June at 2.30 pm. All are welcome to the service and refreshments afterwards at the church.
