DOUGLAS Cicely Ellen (née Hobbs) Formerly of Greenhill Road, Winchester. Peacefully passed away after a short illness, aged 92, at Brackenlea Care Home, Shawford on 31st January 2023. Dearly loved mother to Jeanette and Carole and sister to Beaulah. Will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service at St Swithun's Church, Headbourne Worthy, Winchester on Wednesday 8th March at 2.00 pm. All Welcome. Flowers welcome.
