CARTER Delia Anne "Dee" (née Phippen) Passed away peacefully in her sleep on 24th February 2022, at The Grange Nursing Home following a long illness, aged 75 years. Reunited with Bill. Beloved mother to Colin and mother-in-law to Marion. Much loved sister, sister-in-law, auntie, grandmother and great-grandmother. Will be sadly missed by us all. ---------------- The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday 22nd March 2022 at 2.30 p.m. at Wessex Vale Crematorium.
