BAILEY Ann Ellen Passed away peacefully on Friday 30th July 2021 following a stroke the previous Tuesday. Much loved by her husband Geoff, her children Alister and Karen, her sisters Heather and Shirley and grandchildren Andrew, Samuel and Eleanor. She will be greatly missed by them and many other of her relatives and friends. Ann was the County Councillor for the Downlands Division for twenty years having been elected in 1985 with majority of one vote. Funeral service at St. Matthew's Church, Otterbourne on Friday 27th August at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only please but donations to Hampshire Hospitals Charity (Fund 4221) to benefit the Stroke Unit at Winchester Hospital c/o Richard Steel & Partners, Alderman House, 12City Road, Winchester SO23 8SD + www.ann-ellen-bailey.muchloved.com
