McCREE OBE Harry 4/12/1926 Died peacefully on 9th June 2021, in Royal Hampshire County Hospital, aged 94 years. He had a good life, a nurse by profession for which he received an OBE for his contribution to nursing. He was funny, sociable, a socialist, loved and valued people and of course had a great love of football. His ability to engage with everyone meant that his daily visits to Café Nero in Winchester resulted in the whole team spotting him a mile off and his coffee was at the table before he sat down. So my thanks to the staff in Café Nero; you are fab. A much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and friend, you will be missed by us all. RIP xx

He was a kind and generous a gentleman
I very much enjoyed our chats and his company.
