PRENTICE Goff 29/7/47 - 20/10/2010 Goffs Wife Mary and family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all of those who supported him during his illness, especially Sandra from Countess Mountbatten and doctors and nurses from St Pauls Surgery. We have received great comfort from the many cards and kind letters following his death. Thank you all so much for your generous donations to MacMillan and Countess Mountbatten Hospice. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement.
