TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE -

PART OF A3057 GREATBRIDGE ROAD, TIMSBURY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 that The Borough Council of Test Valley as agent for Hampshire County Council (being the Traffic Authority) proposes to make an Order to allow for bridge repair works, as follows:-

ROAD TO BE CLOSED Part of A3057 Greatbridge Road between its junctions with B3084 Old Salisbury Road and Yokesford Hill
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES From the northern point of closure south east on Yokesford Hill and Belbins to its junction with Cupernham Lane;south on Cupernham Lane to its junction with Fishlake Meadows; west on Fishlake Meadows to its junction with A3057 Greatbridge Road; north on A3057 Greatbridge Road to the southern point of closure; and vice versa
PERIOD OF CLOSURE From 10 September 2012 for a period of 6 months or until completion of works, whichever is sooner. Notwithstanding the above it is expected that the closure will be required daily from 10 September to 3 December 2012

Reasonable access to adjoining properties will be available while the works are carried out.
