TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

PART OF A27 BOTLEY ROAD CYCLEWAY, NORTH BADDESLEY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 that The Borough Council of Test Valley as agent for Hampshire County Council (being the Traffic Authority) proposes to make an Order to allow for the replacement of a gas main to take place, as follows:-

ROAD TO BE CLOSED That part of A27 Botley Road cycleway from a point 100 metres north west of its junction with Baddesley Close to a point 200 metres south east

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE Not applicable PERIOD OF ORDER: From Saturday 4th August 2012 for a period of 3 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner

DURATION OF WORKS: Notwithstanding the period of the Order it is anticipated that the closure will be required for 3 weeks

Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out
