Tender for Housing Support and Social Care Provision in New Forest District, Hampshire
Hampshire County Council requires delivery of Housing Support and Social Care Services as 3 Extra Care Housing Schemes in the New Forest. The Services will be required on site 24 hours a day and must be designed to respond flexibly to people’s assessed needs whilst enabling them to retain their independence and their “own front door”.
Anticipated contract duration will be 1st August 2012 to 31st March 2015 with an option to extend for a period or periods not exceeding two years in total.
These are being tendered in the following Lots:
Lot 1: Lymington (Barfields), including neighbourhood scheme. The value of this contract for the initial term will be around £1,144, 248.00. If the option to extend for 2 years is exercised the total contract value will be around £2,002,728.00.
Lot 2: New Milton (Gore Grange). The value of this contract for the initial term will be around £453,412.00. If the option to extend for 2 years is exercised the total contract value will be around £793,592.00.
Lot 3: Totton (Winfrid House) including neighbourhood schemes The total value of this contract for the initial term will be around £641, 638.00. If the option to extend for 2 years is exercised the total contract value will be around £1,123,032.
