TENDER NOTICE

VTCT, a leading international awarding organisation, are seeking suitably qualified and competent contractors to submit tenders for the following project at Prysmian House, Dew Lane, Eastleigh.

The refurbishment of a three storey office building including both Category A and fitting out works involving replacement of the existing air conditioning with a scheme value in the order of £1M. The scheme has been designed and specified but services packages will require further design and development by the appointed contractor.

Applicants will have to demonstrate a proven track record of completing a similar collection of works in a comparable environment and must demonstrate they possess the competence and adequate staff resources to complete the project on time and to the satisfaction of the Project Manager, Mr Stephen Davies acting for London Clancy.

Closing date for receipt of Tenders is 12 noon on Thursday the 11th October 2012. Confirmation of your intention to Tender for the works must be received by 12 noon on Thursday 20th September 2012.
