Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the Trout Public House, Main Road, Itchen Abbas, Winchester Hampshire SO21 1BQ for a variation
to the premises licence under the
Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: To
permit the premises to open and for
the sale of aTcohol to commence from 08:00h Monday to Sunday (current permission from 10:30h Monday to Saturday and from 12:00h on Sunday). The opening hours and sale of alcohol for all currently permitted non stan-
dard timings are to commence from
08:00h. All other hours, licensable activities and conditions are to remain
unchanged. Representations to this application must be made in writing,
by5 October 2012, to the Winchester City Council licensing Authority at City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ where the regis-
ter of licensing applications can be inspected between during office hours.
It is an offence on summary comic-lion, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
