PUBLIC NOTICE

TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL'S FORWARD PLAN

NOTICE is hereby given that between 1 September 2012 and 31 August 2013, the Cabinet of Test Valley Borough Council, and Officers acting under delegated powers, are to make a number of key decisions on behalf of the Council.

A plan (to be known as the "Forward Plan") containing particulars of the matters in respect of which those decisions are to be made will be prepared on a monthly basis. Each plan will contain details of key decisions which are likely to be made by the Council for the four month period following the publication of the plan. For the period 1 September 2012 to 31 August 2013 plans will be available for inspection on the following dates:

7 September 12

5 October 12

2 November 12

30 November 12

21 December 12

18 January 13

15 February 13

15 March 13

12 April 13

10 May 13

7 June 13

19 July 13

Plans will be available for public inspection free of charge between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Fridays at the Council Offices at Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover and at the Council Offices, Duttons Road, Romsey and on the Council's Website (www.testvalley.gov.uk).

Subject to any prohibition or restriction on their disclosure, copies of the documents listed in the Forward Plan or any other documents, which will be submitted to the decision-taker(s) for consideration prior to them making a decision, can be obtained by writing to the Head of Administration at the address below.
