Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for:

Lawful Use Certificate: Lawful use of the site edged red for waste/scrap metal sorting, recycling and storage - sui generis use

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application at Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ during office hours until 7 September 2012, or on the County Planning website at http://www.hants.gov.uk/planning-development

This issue of a certificate depends entirely on factual evidence about the history and planning status of the building or land and the interpretation of any relevant planning law or judicial authority.
