Substituted Service of Petition

Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in the Winchester County Court for failure to comply with a Statutory Demand for a liquidated sum payable immediately. The Court has ordered that delivery of the Petition to you at your last known address and your usual place of business and by publication/advertisement in the London Gazette and the Hampshire Chronicle of the presentation of the Petition and the time and place fixed for the hearing of the Petition shall be deemed as good and sufficient service of the said Petition upon you. The Petition will be heard at the Winchester County Court, The Law Courts, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9EL on 25 September 2012 at 14.00 in the afternoon. If you do not attend the hearing the Court may make a Bankruptcy Order against you in your absence. The Petition can be inspected by you on application to the Court.
