Single storey extension which will be an extension from the current kitchen – 101 Middlebridge Street, Romsey. 12/01582/LBWS – Underpinning of walls to house including replacement of flooring with concrete – Manor Farm Church Lane Plaitford Romsey 12/01581/FULS – Change of use of part of the land surrounding the Farm House from golf course to residential cartilage – Dunwood Manor Golf Club Danes Road Awbridge 12/01545/LBWS – Replace windows to west elevation – Goosehill Stockbridge Road Kings Somborne 12/00931/FULLS – To erect a timber fishing hut in the grazing paddock to the north of Mill Lane for the use of Testwood and Nursling Fishery, construction of access track, parking area, erection of post and wire fencing – Land At Mill Lane Nursling. The applications are available for public inspection at Council Offices, Duttons Road, Romsey, SO51 8XG and on our website www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning Any comments about an application should be received by the Council by 31st August 2012. Any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying. In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
