The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts:-

12/01460/FULLS & 12/01462/LBWS- Change of use of ground floor as A3 restaurant/cafe to incorporate A5 use for hot food takeaway and use of meeting room at first floor as additional seating space in association with A3 use. Installation of external grill to rear elevation to serve extraction system. The Courtyard Coffee House 49 The Hundred Romsey

12/01434/FULLS - The proposed development is to install, 1, 30 cage scissor lift within a cladded pod in lieu of the existing dock levellers at Tesco's Distribution Centre in Southampton. The proposed Scissor Lifts are lifting devices for the transferral of goods from double deck heavy goods vehicles (HGV) onto the warehouse floor and therefore does not constitute as a gain in floor area. The applications are available for public inspection at Council Offices, Duttons Road, Romsey, SO51 8XG and on our website www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning Any comments about an application should be received by the Council by 10th August 2012 Any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying.

In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage
