to display proposals for mixed-use retail and residential development at Land at Wildern Mill, Hedge End

Dalton Warner Davis has been instructed to lead the public consultation process for an exciting new retail and residential development at Wildern Mill, Hedge End. As part of this process, we would like to discuss proposals with the local community so that any relevant feedback may be incorporated into the final scheme, prior to submission of a planning application.

Two dates have been set aside for the exhibitions, which will be attended by the Project Team, who will be able to answer your questions on a range of topics including marketing of the site, planning, layout, highways, access, construction and sustainability/green issues amongst others.

We look forward to seeing you at one of the events, which will be held at The Turnpike Pavilion, Turnpike Way, Hedge End, SO30 4SR on:

•Saturday 21st July 2012, 9.00am – 12.00pm
•Monday 23rd July 2012, 4.30pm – 8.00pm

The exhibitions will be informal, allowing you to attend at your leisure during the above opening times.
