The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts:-
12/01009/FULLS and 12/01061/CAWS - Removal of existing painted timber shiplap boarding and its replacement using UPVC white shiplap boarding to match existing UPVC fascia windows to upper front/south elevation of existing shops with offices over - 12-14 The Hundred Romsey
12/01076/FULLS - Erection of greenhouse - Manor Farm House, Church Lane, Plaitford
12/00821/FULLS - Construction of new garage and annexe block - 66 Cherville Street, Romsey The applications are available for public inspection at Council Offices, Duttons Road, Romsey, SO51 8XG and on our website www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning Any comments about an application should be received by the Council by 15th June 2012. Any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying.
In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage
