The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts:-
12/01040/FULLS - Replace bungalow and detached garage with two new dwellings and associated garaging, including air source heat pump - Meadow View South Road Broughton
12/00977/FULLS and 12/00978/LBWS - Reconstruct three dormer windows to rear, rebuild flat roofed single storey extension with shallow pitched roof, reinstate pitched roof canopy above front door and render and paint brickwork to rear. Altered elevational treatment from brickwork to painted render, remove small part of brick wall in kitchen, replace beam in kitchen with oak, replace doors in gable and back wall, build new false chimney breast (inglenook style) in living room re-using existing flue lined with steel liner, remove window at high level in gable wall, reduce size of opening and replace window to ensuite, replace two modern windows in gable end ground floor in accordance with details submitted, cut chase in floor of kitchen for washing machine waste and insert steel beam to support concrete ground floor underneath chimney breast. 12/01016/FULLS - Change of use (B1 to C3) - 3 Oddfellows Chambers 15 Middlebridge Street Romsey
The applications are available for public inspection at Council Offices, Duttons Road, Romsey, SO51 8XG and on our website www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning Any comments about an application should be received by the Council by 8th June 2012. Any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying.
In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage
