APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the Winchester City Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 3rd May 2012. Applicant: Shell UK Oil Products Ltd. Address of premises: Shell Winnall, Easton Lane, Winnall, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 7SL. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Provision of late night refreshment. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day - Alcohol Sales 00.00 to 24.00. Provision of late night refreshment 23.00 to 05.00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: *Licensing, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice – by the 31st May 2012.
