The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts:
12/00784/FULLS To remove the occupancy restriction (condition 4 of TVS.1609/4) and reuse both Units 1 and 2 as two C3 dwellings with defined residential curtilages. Unit 1 alter and extend store to add 2 bedrooms and use existing access to rear and create hardstanding for 2 cars - Dunwood Manor Golf Club Danes Road Awbridge.
12/00785/FULLS Removal of original occupancy restriction condition 8 of TVS.1609/12 and another occupancy condition 1 of 09/00292/VARS to enable the four lodge to be occupied as unrestricted C3 dwellings and definition of the residential curtilages of the 4 lodges. No works of alteration or extension to the lodges. erection of 4 double garages to the rear. - Dunwood Manor Golf Club Danes Road Awbridge.
12/00869/LBWS Removal of wooden tongue and groove cladding from the lounge. The provenance of the wood is not known but it was not incorporated into the building before the mid 1980's. The top edge of the panelling retained where possible and the wood below replaced by water resistant plasterboard sitting on a small waterproof membrance. - The Red Cottage Paynes Hay Road Braishfield The applications are available for public inspection at Council Offices, Duttongs Road, Romsey, SO51 8XG and on our website www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning Any comments about an application should be received by the council by 18th May 2012. any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying.
In the event of an appearl against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, whichis to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
