MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A TEMPORARY MARINA Notice is hereby given that Southampton International Boat Show Limited has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the construction of a temporary marina. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Lower Ground Floor, Southampton Central Library. Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister. Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Licensing Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to dee.allen@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 26th April 2012, quoting reference MLA/2012/00127. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
