TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
PART OF KIMBRIDGE LANE KIMBRIDGE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 that The Borough Council of Test Valley as agent for Hampshire County Council (being the Traffic Authority) proposes to make an Order to allow for works to take place at the level crossing, as follows:- ROAD TO BE CLOSED That part of Kimbridge Lane, Kimbridge between its junctions with Stanbridge Lane and Romsey Road ALTERNATIVE ROUTE From the eastern point of the closure east on Kimbridge Lane. South on A3057 Romsey Road. West on B3084 Stanbridge Lane. North on B3084 Dunbridge Lane. East on Kimbridge Lane to the western point of the closure and vice versa PERIOD OF ORDER From Saturday 28th April 2012 for a period of 3 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner DURATION OF WORKS Notwithstanding the period of the Order it is anticipated that the closure will be required from 11.45 p.m. on Saturday 28th April until 4.00 a.m. on Monday 30th April and for 4 nights from 14th to 17th May inclusive between 11.00 p.m. and 6.00 a.m. Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out If you have any queries regarding the diversion or works, please contact Kirsty Mallinson on behalf of Centurion Site Services, telephone 01924 372957.
