Draft Test Valley Access Plan Supplementary Planning Department
A draft Andover Town Access Plan Planning Document and draft Test Valley Access Plan Supplementary Planning Document have been prepared. If and when these documents are adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) by Test Valley Borough Council, they will form part of the Local Development Framework (LDF). The LDF forms the basis for decisions on land-use planning affecting that area. Copies of the draft SPDs are available for public inspection at the following Council offices between the hours of 0900 and 1700 Monday to Thursday inclusive and 0900 and 1630 on Friday.
